ARTWORK SET UP/ LOGOS
If you are looking to customise an item with your logo- please read below.
If a logo has been created by a Graphic Designer- they will be able to offer such files/ information.
If unsure- Please contact us- a small logo set up fee will be required if you chose not to use a pre selected font.
Please ensure all spelling and punctuation is correct. Logos and text are printed as seen. Providing wording with mistakes will be printed. We print logos as sent to us as these are your files. We are not responsible for spelling mistakes of artwork contains such mistakes.

We work hard to ensure the work we produce meets all specifications provided by our customers. Producing high quality results is fundamental, ensuring great outcomes for your printed merchandise. To ensure this, we require correct artwork formats, sizes etc to ensure the highest print quality and outcome.
Ensuring all art / design work is sent over to us correctly is crucial. The larger and clearer the file, the higher quality result you will receive. We will require artwork in a min resolution of 300dpi within one of the following formats:

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot colour match 100%. We will always ensure we use the colour closest to your logo.
We encourage you to think about your design placement.
We advise the following sizes for design placement on a garment:
Standard print: up to 32cm (w) x 43cm (h)
Oversize print: up to 38cm x 52cm
Front print: 32cm x 27cm
Back print: 32cm x 52cm
Sleeve print: up to 9cm x 9cm
Left/ right chest print: up to 10cm x 10cm
A FEW TIPS FOR THE BEST RESULTS:

Provide artwork with a resolution of 300dpi. The larger and clearer the file, the better the result. PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT accept 72dpi files they are not adequate enough to reduce a good enough print quality.

Think about design placement and sizing. A design featuring a lot of detail may work best as an oversized back print as opposed to a small front/ breast print.

If supplying a vector file, please ensure fonts are outlined too.
For best outcomes we require artwork to be vectored. If artwork is not already, we will do this free of charge if the image is of a high quality. If not and the design needs alterations or needs recreating to be suitable for print we can do this at an extra cost.

Prior to production, you will receive digital proof of your design via email. This will include a mock up of your design on the chosen garment. PLEASE NOTE: The sooner you approve, the sooner we can commence with printing your order. The longer it takes for you to approve, the longer it will take for you to receive your order.
