RETURNS:
 
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
No Returns or exchanges are accepted. All products and orders created and fulfilled by The Brand Stylist are custom made to order.
 
A return will only be considered if:
There is a spelling mistake or your order is damaged (Non postal).
 
We will work with you to replace the item. This is a customised service therefore once an item is customised it is NOT for exchange or refund.
 
Please contact us via email: Thebrandstylist@hotmail.com to discuss such an issue. PLEASE NOTE: You MUST raise a concern and contact The Brand Stylist within 24hrs of receiving. A detailed description as well as photograph will be required. If your order warrants a return, you will be asked to return the item back to us for inspection- This is at your own cost. No replacement will be actioned until we receive the item back to us.
 
Once your item has been worn/ washed it is deemed 'accepted' and WILL NOT be considered for a replacement. If you have contacted The Brand Stylist prior to ordering- please ensure you add what has been discussed to your order.
We work strictly to the invoice of the order placed therefore any information not provided in your order will not be included in your order. Please note once you order has been paid for we cannot alter your order. This includes clothing size and colour.
 
Once an item has been worn/ washed- The Brand Stylist are NOT responsible for the item if any issue was to occur.
Please note: Colours/ styles of items may vary sometimes due to supplier availability, seasonal modification or material/ style updates. 
SHIPPING:
 
All orders are sent via courier/ Royal Mail depending on size. PLEASE NOTE: Turnaround time does not include shipping time. Once your order has been posted, we are no longer responsible for the item. We CANNOT control the timing and location of your order once it has been dispatched. All orders are packaged with care. We DO NOT take responsibility for postal damage. We ship world wide.
