RETURNS POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
No Returns or exchanges are accepted. All products and orders created and fulfilled by The Brand Stylist are custom made to order.
An alteration will only be considered if:
There is a spelling mistake or your order is damaged (Non postal)
This is a customised service therefore once an item is customised it is NOT for exchange or refund. 

Please ensure you are happy with your sizing- as this is a customised service, once your items have been printed they are deemed non-returnable.

PLEASE NOTE: You MUST raise a concern and contact The Brand Stylist within 24hrs of receiving. A detailed description as well as photograph will be required. If your order warrants a return, you will be asked to return the item back to us for inspection- This is at your own cost.
No alteration or replacement will be actioned until we receive the item back to us.
Once your item has been worn/ washed it is deemed 'accepted' and WILL NOT be considered for a replacement.

If such issue arises, please contact us via our email to inform us. You must include your name and order details. Please note: Any issues need to be reported to us within 24 hours of you receiving your item in the post. Breaching 24 hours, complaints/ requests cannot be processed or taken into consideration as after 24 hours of reaching the customer, we deem the product to have been inspected and accepted by the customer. 

Once your order is placed, we cannot alter your order.  Please ensure you select the correct sizes and colours. We will fulfil the order you have paid for. 

 For misprints/ damaged items, you MUST include a photograph of the item highlighting in detail the problem so we can see clearly as possible. *Misprint refers to spelling mistake only*. Along with this, we will require a detailed description. We aim to respond within 1-3 days to discuss further. 

 If product deems to be unsuitable, we will need the item posting back to us for further inspection. 
Please note: No action will take place until we have received the returned item and an inspection has taken place. 

 If problem is related to a production issue, you will be offered a reprint. 

As products and services sold by The Brand Stylist are made specific to order, we retain the rights to offer a reprint to solve an issue related to production or quality. 

 Products produced by us are custom to client specification therefore we cannot resell. 


Items that have been washed or worn are deemed accepted by the customer. We are not responsible for how your clothing is washed or worn.

Once your items have worn/ washed we CANNOT accept responsibility. If a problem occurs with the garmet The Brand Stylist is not held accountable. This is the responsibility of the customer.  

Please note: Colours are not always able to be 100% matched. Colour swatches are provided for you to refer to and chose. Please chose the colour(s) you feel suit your logo best. We do not match with colour codes.

Transfer logos- Sometimes colour may alter between screen and print. Please ensure your image is high quality as possible.

Colour is deemed as interpretation therefore does not warrant an alteration, refund or exchange.
