How To Order

Choose a product you would like to customise. Please fill out all options. Font names, garment colour, size and print colour. Please choose from the font list available. If you have a font name you wish to use that is not on the list provided- please add into the required font name text box. To customise an item with your logo please upload an image of your logo. Once you have placed your order please send over your artwork in formats ‘AI’ or ‘EPS’ along with your order number. Your designer should be able to provide these files. To contact us, please use the contact form available on the site- or email us at thebrandstylist@hotmail.com including an attachment of your logo and what you wish to order. We will can discuss your logo with you from here. If you are happy with our recommendations you will be invited to order from our website.

Fonts are the names of the style of the text in your logo. This is required for your work to be completed. We no longer font match. If you are unable to provide the name of font, please contact us via our contact form or our instagram page and you will be provided with a free font site.

Simply select the font you wish to use, along with garment colour, print colour and size etc.. In the notes section please ensure you add what you would like to be printed. Please ensure spelling, use of capital letters and punctuation is correct to ensure this is printed correctly for you. Once added to the basket- simply checkout and pay! 

If customising a garment with a logo- please read the following.
When contacting us to enquire about a logo print please bare this in mind: Desired file formats are ‘AI’ ‘EPS’ or ‘PDF’. If you do not have these, please contact your designer and they should provide this for you. JPEGS, PNGS ETC.. are accepted, ensuring they are of the highest quality possible. Preferably 300dpi.

Portrait logos MUST be high quality. PLEASE NOTE: If your image is blurry, it will print out blurry on the garment - we are not responsible for this.

PLEASE NOTE it is impossible to 100% match every colour. We only offer a set number of colours. Please see print colour chart on product pages. We do not work with colour codes. Colours may differ slightly from screen to material in reality. 

Please note: Colours/ styles of items may vary sometimes due to supplier availability, seasonal modification or material/ style updates. 

Our maximum turnaround time is 28 working days although we aim to complete your order sooner than this providing all artwork/ font has been provided with your order. Our maximum turnaround is 28 working days- We do not operate on weekends or bank holidays. PLEASE NOTE: This is an estimate. Turnaround time is from payment to order being ready for dispatch. Due to the high number of orders we receive, this may run over slightly. This does not include postal time. If your order contains large quantities, the turnaround time may be increased. We work in order of orders placed and cannot fast track orders.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL No Returns or exchanges are accepted. All products and orders created and fulfilled by The Brand Stylist are custom made to order. A return will only be considered if:

There is a spelling mistake or your order is damaged (Non postal)

We will work with you to replace the item. This is a customised service therefore once an item is customised it is NOT for exchange or refund.

Please contact us via email: Thebrandstylist@hotmail.com to discuss such an issue. PLEASE NOTE: You MUST raise a concern and contact The Brand Stylist within 24hrs of receiving. A detailed description as well as photograph will be required. If your order warrants a return, you will be asked to return the item back to us for inspection- This is at your own cost.

No replacement will be actioned until we receive the item back to us. Once your item has been worn/ washed it is deemed 'accepted' and WILL NOT be considered for a replacement.

If you have contacted The Brand Stylist prior to ordering- please ensure you add what has been discussed to your order. We work strictly to the invoice of the order placed therefore any information not provided in your order will not be included in your order.

Please note once you order has been paid for we cannot alter your order. This includes clothing size and colour.

Once an item has been worn/ washed- The Brand Stylist are NOT responsible for the item if any issue was to occur.

All orders are sent via courier/ Royal Mail depending on size. PLEASE NOTE: Turnaround time does not include shipping time. Once your order has been posted, we are no longer responsible for the item. We CANNOT control the timing and location of your order once it has been dispatched. All orders are packaged with care. We DO NOT take responsibility for postal damage. We ship world wide.

Please contact us via email/ our contact form for custom cut sizes. All signs are pre cut and come with an added option for drill holes and wall mounts. Please ensure you know what you are doing when attaching sign to the wall to prevent any wall or signage damage. We are NOT responsible for any damage during installation. All signs are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Paint and vinyl used is weatherproof and long lasting. We DO NOT engrave.

Please adhere to the wash instructions within the clothing. Printed clothing will withstand washing as is very long lasting. Please do not tumble dry. Avoid hot washes and wash inside out. Please do not use harsh detergents or bleaches. We are not responsible for how your items are washed. DO NOT iron over the logo print. Please turn inside out.
